Girls on the Run Piedmont: Diamond Dash 5K

Join us at FredNats Stadium for the Diamond Dash 5K, a fun, family-friendly run celebrating confidence, teamwork, and healthy living! Doors open at 12:00 PM, and the 5K starts at 2:00 PM. Runners of all ages and abilities are welcome on a flat, untimed course that starts and finishes inside the stadium.

Enjoy pre-race music, energizing activities, and special “Happy Hair” stations, then celebrate at the finish line with prizes and family-friendly fun. Participants who register by October 10 will receive a T-shirt, and all ages are encouraged to join this exciting community event.
