by | Oct 20, 2014 | Restaurants & Food

Rappahannock Health District staff inspect food service facilities to protect the health of all customers. The following seven Fredericksburg restaurants were inspected October 4 – 8, 2014. For violation details, please see the RAHD Restaurant Inspections website.

Ci Ci’s Pizza, 1859 Carl D. Silver Pkwy. – 2 critical, 8 non-critical violations.

Hugh Mercer School, 2100 Cowan Blvd. – 1 critical, 0 non-critical violations.

Long John Silver’s/ A&W, 1699 Carl D. Silver Pkwy. – 1 critical, 0 non-critical violations.

La Petite Auberge, 311 William St. – 1 critical, 5 non-critical violations.

The Recreation Center, 213 William St. – 4 critical, 0 non-critical violations.

Chipotle Mexican Grill, 3051 Plank Rd. – 0 critical, 0 non-critical violations.

Ruby Tuesday, 2951 Plank Rd. – 1 critical, 6 non-critical violations.

“Deficiencies are typically classified as either critical, posing a direct or immediate threat to the safety of the food being served, or non-critical, representing a failure of cleaning or maintenance,” RAHD said. “Ideally, an operation would have no critical violations, or none which are not corrected immediately and not repeated. In our experience, it is unrealistic to expect that a complex, full-service food operation can routinely avoid any violations.”
