The cost is $1,900 for businesses, $1,550 for non-profits and $2,600 for non-Chamber members. There is a $25 application fee. Applications must be received at the Chamber office by 5 p.m. Tuesday, July 1.
Leadership Fredericksburg is a leadership development program and will begin its nine-month 2015 class in September. Each participant will receive:
Individual “360” and “RightPath” personality evaluations, complete with an Executive Coaching session
Skills to create a personal “Individual Development Plan”
A mentor from the business community who personally works with the participant
Opportunity to meet community leaders who are influencers and decision-makers
Enhanced understanding of the Fredericksburg Region
Participants divide into four teams, each of which partners with an area non-profit on a service project. Each team will present “deliverables” – concrete results – to the non-profits.
