The Potomac Nationals, the Class-A Advanced affiliate of the Washington Nationals, donated their Pfitzner Stadium field tarp to the University of Mary Washington Baseball program.
“Any time the Potomac Nationals can positively impact another baseball program in our community, our club is going to jump at that opportunity,” said Potomac Nationals Vice President/General Manager Josh Olerud on the club’s website.
The University of Mary Washington Eagles compete in the Division III Capital Athletic Conference at V. Earl Dickinson Stadium.
