Rocking the Chair Painted Furniture is not reopening “at this time.” Owners John and Sharon Kidd had moved from their storefront at 915 Sophia Street in September 2014, and planned to reopen at 316 Bridgewater St. “Due to several reasons, we will not be reopening a shop at this time,” they announced December 26 on Facebook.
They held a free sale December 27 “to get rid of our unfinished pieces, some old doors, some paint/supplies, etc.”
