Fredericksburg City public schools will open two hours late.
Fredericksburg Parks & Rec programs 8:30 through 10:30 a.m. are cancelled. The Dorothy Hart Community Center will open at 10:30 a.m.
Spotsylvania County Public Schools will open two hours late. Twelve-month employees should report on time, as safety permits. The make-up day for January 14 will be January 26. It will be an A day.
