Description:
On I-95 at mile marker 144 in the County of Stafford, motorists can expect major delays due to a tractor trailer accident. The north center lane, right lane, and right shoulder are closed. Traffic backups are approximately 3.0 miles.

All lanes of Interstate 95 northbound are closed just north of Exit 143/Garrisonville in Stafford County due to a tractor-trailer incident and fuel spill.
Lanes are expected to be closed for several hours. Traffic will be diverted to Route 1 northbound in Stafford, where motorists can re-enter the interstate at Exit 148/Quantico Marine Corps Base.
Several miles of congestion begin before the incident scene. Motorists traveling I-95 northbound as well as Route 1 northbound in Stafford County can expect delays.
