Fredericksburg Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer Broker Promoted

James Ashby IV (pictured) has been promoted to first vice president at Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer.

Ashby, who joined the firm in 2004, is active in the Fredericksburg market. He specializes in both tenant and landlord representation in the retail sector, and currently handles a portfolio of more than four million square feet throughout the Fredericksburg and Richmond markets.

Senior Vice President
Brian K. Berkey has been promoted to senior vice president. Brian joined Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Richmond office in 2007 and specializes in office sales and leasing with a specific focus on tenant representation.

W. Bruce Bigger has been promoted to senior vice president. Bruce joined the Richmond office in 2006 and focuses on corporate services and retail site selection in central Virginia. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Bruce grew up in the Richmond area and graduated from the McIntire School of Commerce at University of Virginia.

Nicki Jassy has been with the Richmond office since 2004 and specializes in both tenant and landlord representation in the retail sector. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Senior Associate
Isaac DeRegibus, an industrial sales and leasing specialist in the firm’s Richmond office, has been promoted to senior associate. Isaac joined the firm in 2011.

Alicia Farrell has been promoted to senior associate. Alicia joined the firm in 2011 and specializes in both tenant and landlord representation for retail sales and leasing in Thalhimer’s Richmond office. Alicia works in the Central and Western Virginia markets and is active in International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) Next Generation, and was Northeast Virginia Chair for 2013-2014. She is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University.

Catharine Spangler, a member of Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group, has been promoted to senior associate. Cathy specializes in net leased investment brokerage in their Richmond office.
