April Lease Transactions in Fredericksburg Area

Q Liquidation Center Inc. leased 45,000 square feet in McK Business Park at 3010 Mine Road, Building G, Spotsylvania County, VA. Virgil Nelson, CCIM, Wilson H. Greenlaw, Jr., CCIM and Adam Nelson handled the lease negotiations.

Jawaid Kotwal renewed its lease of 14,440 square feet in the Sellica Building at 4951 Quality Drive, Spotsylvania County, VA. Virgil Nelson, CCIM and Adam Nelson handled the lease negotiations.

Heaven’s Best leased 7,350 square feet at 400 Nelms Circle, Stafford County, VA. Virgil Nelson, CCIM and Adam Nelson handled the lease negotiations.

Utz Quality Foods, Inc. renewed its lease of 6,475 square feet in Fredericksburg Center C Building at 11812 Main St., Spotsylvania County, VA. Virgil Nelson, CCIM and Adam Nelson handled the lease negotiations.

Movement Mortgage, LLC leased 3,530 square feet of office space in Eagle Village Office at 1125 Jefferson Davis Hwy., City of Fredericksburg, VA. Jamie A. Scully, CCIM and Berkley Mitchell handled the lease negotiations.

Green Tree Realty leased 3,072 square feet at 4343 Plank Rd., Spotsylvania County, VA. Jamie A. Scully, CCIM and Berkley Mitchell handled the lease negotiations.
