Women’s Health and Surgery Center is moving from their rental space at 2549 Cowan Blvd in Fredericksburg. Dr. Kurian Thott purchased a 2,211 square-foot medical office condominium within Cowan Center at 2535 Cowan Blvd.
Thott purchased the space from from SAK, LLC for $590,000.
