Stafford High School students will begin their school day ten minutes earlier beginning Monday, Nov. 2, 2015. School will begin at 7:30 a.m.

The Stafford County School Board voted for the extension to make up the time missed by the delayed opening of the school in September, according to a press release. Students at Stafford High School began their school year on September 14, four days after the rest of the school division, due to delayed construction completion.

The school day at Stafford High School will end at 2:15 p.m. as normal.

The bus schedules for Stafford High School will be adjusted as necessary will little to no impact for most students. All students traveling to Stafford High School from other high schools for programs will be accommodated.

The schedule will continue through the last day of school on June 15, 2016.

Questions regarding the new schedule should be directed to Principal Joseph Lewis at 540-371-7200.
