10 p.m. Power Outage Update
Dominion Virginia Power reports 851 of their total 2,543,220 million customers are without power. The most — 497 — are in the Richmond Metro / Tri-Cities area.

Rappahannock Electric Cooperative reports 25 of its 156,513 customers are without power. Those 25 customers are in Rappahannock County, Va.

9 p.m. Road Conditions Update
Blowing, drifting snow continues to cause white-out conditions in various regions across the Commonwealth, Virginia State Police report. “Virginians are still advised to remain indoors and off the roads as outdoor conditions are extreme and dangerous.” Read more at: Virginia State Police Winter Storm Update January 23

9:30 a.m. Cancellations Update
The Fredericksburg Boat Show is cancelled today. The Fredericksburg Expo Center said to check their website, as Sunday’s schedule is still to be determined.

Central Rappahannock Regional Library is closed today. Remember, though, you can access many services online with your library card.
