Home Properties Cobblestone, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, sold the property to MAA/The Apartments at Cobblestone Square, LLC.
In Virginia, the company owns properties in Charlottesville, Chesapeake, Hampton, Newport News, Richmond and Virginia Beach; and three other properties in Fredericksburg. These are Colonial Village at Greenbrier, Seasons at Celebrate Virginia, and Station Square at Cosner’s Corner.
