“We anticipate repairs to last well into the night, Monday, Nov. 14, 2016, but not impact morning traffic,” said Niki Dickinson, Spotsylvania County Government assistant to the county administration.
It’s expected that eight homes will be impacted, and without water for the duration of the repair.
