A Letter from Susan Larson on the Sale of Fredericksburg.Today

by | Apr 17, 2017 | Business

Dear Readers:

It’s long been a dream of mine to live and work in Vermont. Recently, Milton Public Library offered me the job of Library Director. They were looking for a person who could bring their library into the 21st century, by furthering the digital side of their library. It’s a position that combines my expertise in communication and technology with my extensive supervisory experience as a library professional. I’ll be moving to Vermont at the end of April 2017.

I’m excited to announce that I found a buyer for Fredericksburg.Today.

Chris Muldrow has been my valued advisor and constant encourager since I moved to Fredericksburg in 2012. He is an accomplished businessman, journalist, and webmaster, with an eye toward the future of professional online journalism. He’s just the person to take Fredericksburg.Today to the next level.

I’ve been honored to serve you and the Fredericksburg community, providing locally focused news and information on Fredericksburg.Today. Many of you have told me you like what I’ve been doing. I’m thrilled to see Fredericksburg.Today continue to be your locally owned, locally focused news and information website.

I’ll be working with Chris during the transition. Make sure you keep in touch with him, as you’ve done with me. He can be reached at 540-440-1218 and [email protected] In addition, take a moment to read his letter of introduction.

Sincerely,
Susan
