FREDERICKSBURG – All lanes of Route 17 (Warrenton Road) have re-opened to traffic in Stafford County near Ashburn Lane.
All lanes were closed earlier this afternoon for a crash involving an overturned tractor-trailer carrying concrete.

A single lane of Route 17 northbound and southbound traffic is currently getting past the incident scene using the southbound lanes.
Crews are working to upright the overturned tractor-trailer and remove debris from the northbound lanes.
FREDERICKSBURG – All lanes of Route 17 (Warrenton Road) northbound and southbound remain closed in Stafford County near Ashburn Lane and the Fauquier County line for a crash involving an overturned tractor-trailer.
Route 17 is estimated to remain closed to traffic for at least an hour. Motorists are advised to seek alternate routes if possible.
Crews are cleaning up hardened concrete debris spilled in the crash across the Route 17 travel lanes.
Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) crews are at the incident scene to assist with traffic control.
