Roofing company moving into Spotsylvania

Liberty Roofing is taking over a 20,000 square foot building at the Commonwealth Center in Spotsylvania.
The company, based in Philadelphia, is a distributor of roofing materials, vinyl siding, fiber cement siding, and other building supplies. It currently owns eight distribution facilities throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, including Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Virginia.
The Spotsylvania facility at 5117 Commonwealth Drive with be a regional location for Liberty, with their next closest operation in Chesterfield County. Liberty will use the facility for warehousing, storage, distribution and retailing of commercial and residential construction materials and building supplies.
Jonathan Gardner and J.R. Burdette with Coldwell Banker Commercial Elite executed the lease on the property.
