Bastille Day!

Let’s Play Ball!

Talks of a baseball team in Fredericksburg are in the air!
We are excited to hear about the early plans for baseball returning to Fredericksburg at the City Council meeting this week. Here at the FAM, we are gearing up for a partnership with Smithsonian Institution Traveling Exhibition Service for an upcoming exhibition, Home Town Teams: How Sports Shape America, set to open in March 2020.
Start gathering your historic sports gear and look for a press release this fall on how your objects could make it into our exhibition!
Pick up a Fredericksburg baseball sticker with a $5 donation at the admission desk during our open hours or at the Sounds of Summer concerts. For more information, contact [email protected].
