Stafford, VA—A suspect was arrested early on Friday morning after crashing into a firetruck blocking an accident scene on Interstate 95 southbound and then driving away from the scene of the crash.

On July 27, 2018, at approximately 2:15 a.m., Deputy Justin Forman was on the scene of an auto accident on I-95 at mile marker 135 when he observed a silver vehicle crash into a firetruck blocking the right lane of the interstate.
