Beginners Yoga

Open to any fitness ability ages 13yrs & older. Wrap up your day with a gentle approach to yoga that includes poses that flow smoothly and accommodate all fitness levels. This class is great for beginners. Relax your mind and body while increasing strength and flexibility, improving balance and coordination, and reducing stress. We will be doing poses standing and also sitting / laying on your yoga mat. Please be sure that you are able to get up and down on your own.

Culpeper Has Talent

In its 5th year, no other show packs so much entertainment into a single night of great family fun. This semifinal will feature the top 20 acts from the area. A portion of the proceeds will go to the Culpeper Police Department’s Blue & Red program that helps provide gifts to underprivileged children during the holiday season.
