From the Spotsylvania County Sheriff’s Office
Sheriff Roger L. Harris announced that charges were filed against a 15 year old suspect for malicious wounding after an altercation on school grounds on 08/27/18.
The Sheriff’s Office has worked diligently alongside the Spotsylvania School Administration staff to investigate this case. After presenting the case to the Commonwealth Attorney’s office, the decision was made to pursue a charge of Malicious Wounding at this point.
