A Stafford woman has been arrested for intentionally starting a fire Sunday morning at the Fredericksburg Sheetz just behind Central Park. 30 year old Diana Thorne is charged with arson of an occupied building. Damage is estimated at 300-thousand dollars. The store remains closed.
In March, Thorne was arrested in Stafford after assaulting two police officers after being arrested for driving drunk near a Target store where she drank a box of wine.
