The State Health Department says a second Stafford resident has tested positive for COVID-19. That’s the third confirmed case in the Fredericksburg area.
No details on the latest patient has been released. A Stafford man in his 60’s was diagnosed over the weekend at Stafford Hospital. The first case was a man in his 50’s at Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center.
