Solarize group offers home solar sessions

On August 19, 2020, the Fredericksburg Clean & Green Commission and the Climate, Environment and Resiliency (CLEAR) initiative are partnering with the Virginia Local Energy Alliance Program (LEAP) to launch a third Solarize program for the Fredericksburg region.
Solarize Fredericksburg is a program for homeowners and businesses that reduces the cost and complexity of going solar, making it easier for homeowners and businesses to invest in roof-top solar energy. There will be two webinars to learn more about the Solarize Fredericksburg: Thursday, August 27 th from 4-5 pm (sponsored by Fossil Free Fredericksburg) and Tuesday, September 1st from 7 to 8 pm (sponsored by the Fredericksburg Food Co-Op).
