From the Stafford Sheriff’s Office:

More information on the car into a building on Saturday at Boswell’s Corner:

A reckless drunk driver is in jail after attempting to elude law enforcement and crashing into a business on Jefferson Davis Highway.
Saturday morning at 8:14 a.m. Deputy B.E. Vaughn observed a Toyota Corolla traveling northbound on Jefferson Davis Highway near Kings Crest Drive at 87 mph in the 45 mph zone. Deputy Vaughn activated his emergency equipment to conduct a traffic stop, but the driver accelerated to over 100 mph in an attempt to escape justice.
The driver passed through a red traffic signal at Telegraph Road and abruptly turned left striking Fusion Restaurant, damaging the building. Still intent on escape, the driver tried to flee on foot, but was quickly subdued by Deputy Vaughn.
The driver was identified as Yony Moreno Ortiz, 24, of Dumfries. Moreno Ortiz smelled strongly of an alcoholic beverage, had glassy eyes and slurred speech. An open bottle of Corona was found in the vehicle.
After being checked at the hospital, Moreno Ortiz was charged with DUI second in five years, driving after forfeiture of license, eluding, destruction of property, reckless driving, drinking while driving and failing to obey a traffic signal. He is being held without bond at the Rappahannock Regional Jail.
