Overnight travelers on Interstate 95 need to anticipate delays with intermittent full traffic stops scheduled this week between the Exit 133 (Route 17) and Exit 136 (Centreport Parkway) interchanges in Stafford County as construction continues to add capacity as part of the Improve 95 construction program.The full traffic stops will only occur between midnight and 3 a.m. Crews will stop all northbound or southbound traffic up to 30 minutes at a time.
