Go Fund Me established for local broadcaster Mike Neville

by | Dec 23, 2021 | Around Town, Sports

Husband, Father, Grandfather, Broadcaster and staple of our community, Mike Neville suffered a massive heart attack on Friday, December 17th. He is currently on life support at Mary Washington Hospital. After the cardiovascular team repaired damage to his heart, his vitals are solid, but he has yet to wake up and respond to commands. The family has decided to give Mike time to possibly heal and wake up and continue on with life.
No matter the outcome, the family will need help with medical expenses. Mike has touched so many lives through his broadcasting and sports career. He is the longtime host of Stained Glass Reflections, the voice of University of Mary Washington Athletics, and you will also see him driving around delivering parts and making friends in the Fisher Auto Parts van. As our team here at the radio station said, “Mike is just one of the good guys.”
With the family’s permission, I have started this GoFundMe for Mike and and his family. We are hoping that you may be able to donate and help out this wonderful man and his family. If not, we hope that you will share this request on your social media page so that we can show the Neville family how much we care and support them.
We continue to pray that this is not the end for Mike.
Respectfully, Tom Cooper, General Manager Thunder 104.5/Superhits 95.9 Radio.
