The Fredericksburg SPCA has announced its newly appointed Executive Director, Laurie Webb. Laurie plans to utilize her skills as a gifted collaborator to effectively bring together stakeholders and nurture and guide young leaders through advanced-level mentorship. She has an extensive background in leadership, project management, and organizational growth during her 35+ years working in dynamic environments throughout Virginia and DC. An important theme in Laurie’s life from a young age has been the human-animal bond and her role as Executive Director is an opportunity to use her talents to turn passion into purpose.
