The president of Germanna Community College has been charged with DUI first offense and reckless driving. The incident happened earlier this month in King George.  69-year-old Janet Gullickson of King George was arrested following a traffic stop at 9:14 p.m. March 16 on State Route 206. The Sheriff’s Office says Gullickson was traveling at 76 mph in a 55 zone.
She was released on her own recognizance from Rappahannock Regional Jail.  No comment from Germanna officials.
