From the Fredericksburg Regional Food Bank
There are four special food distribution events this week to which we wish to draw your attention. Please be aware that by using our app FredFoodVA you can keep track of all the times and locations for the standard schedule of distributions by our large network of community pantries and mobile pantries.
Our special distributions of free, supplemental groceries this week will begin on Tuesday, September 26 from 4:00 – 5:30 p.m. at Keswick Park (7710 Folkstone Drive, Spotsylvania Courthouse) thanks to our partnership with Spotsylvania Parks Recreation.
There will be a fresh market distribution featuring fresh produce on Wednesday, September 27 from 1:30 – 3:30 p.m. at the Fredericksburg Christian Health Center (1129 Heatherstone Drive, Fredericksburg).
Then, on Thursday, September 28, we will have a walk-up distribution at the Fredericksburg Department of Social Services (675 Jackson Street, Fredericksburg) from 12:15 – 1:45 p.m. followed by a fresh market distribution at the River Club (10825 Tidewater Trail, Fredericksburg) from 2:30 – 3:30 p.m.
