WATCH: General Assembly bill would educate teens on the dangers of hazing

House of Delegates legislation would enhance Adam’s Law, named after VCU freshman Adam Oakes who died from alcohol poisoning after a hazing incident. Adam’s Law requires colleges and universities to provide hazing prevention education. This bill would expand that education to high school students.  The bill passed.
