Who am I? Caroline Sheriff’s Office looking for info truck that hit a school bus

The Caroline County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance with identifying this truck or the driver.
On Wednesday at 5:50 p.m., near the intersection of Pendleton and Sparta Road, the pictured truck is believed to have struck a Caroline County Public School Bus resulting in injury to the bus driver. There were children on the bus at the time of the incident. None of the children were reported being injured.  The tractor-trailer did not stop when coming in contact with the school bus.
