Women and Girls Fund application closes this Friday

The Community Foundation of the Rappahannock River Region is still accepting applications for a single $50,000 grant through The Women and Girls Fund until 5:00 p.m. this Friday. The Women and Girls Fund (https://www.cfrrr.org/women-and-girls-fund/) is a component fund of The Community Foundation and a local movement to involve women in philanthropy.

This fund enriches our community by addressing the needs of area women and girls. Nonprofit organizations focused on addressing these needs can apply for the $50,000 grant. A nonprofit or its programming can serve any population, simply demonstrate how this grant funding would specifically serve the unique needs of women and girls in the community.

Applications must be submitted through The Community Foundation website at www.cfrrr.org/apply/women-girls-fund/ by 5:00 p.m. this Friday. Grant decision made in mid-May. To learn more about the grant programs visit www.cfrrr.org/apply/grant-programs, or contact
