It is with deep sadness that we say goodbye to Teresa McDowney, who passed away today surrounded by her loved ones. Teresa, who served in King George Animal Control from 2013 to 2020 as an Animal Control Officer, was known for her caring heart and desire to help animals in need. One did not have to be in Teresa’s presence long to sense her loving nature and charming personality. Teresa leaves behind a son, husband, and many family and friends who love her dearly, however she will live on in spirit and in all our hearts. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all touched by this kind, compassionate soul.
