Fredericksburg Crime Report

The following crimes were reported to the Fredericksburg Police Department from March 11-18.

  • Burglary/ Breaking and Entering: 3400 block Fall Hill Avenue, 3/16, A burglary alarm for a vacant property was activated. Police responded and confirmed no one was inside the property.
  • Vandalism: 400 block Hanover Street, 3/13, A person reported her front door was damaged. 1800 block Princess Anne Street, 3/13, A person reported one of his window panes was damaged. 1800 block Princess Anne Street, 3/13, A person reported a window of a vacant property was damaged, and graffiti was marked on the walls of the second floor.
  • Vandalism of a Motor Vehicle: 2200 block Caroline Street, 3/12, A person reported her vehicle was broken into. Target, 1180 Carl D. Silver Parkway, 3/13, A person reported her vehicle was damaged. 1100 block Townsend Boulevard, 3/14, A person reported her vehicle’s lock was damaged.
  • Vehicle Tampering: 1400 block Hudgins Farm Circle, 3/11, A person reported her vehicle was tampered with in the middle of the night.
  • Larceny – Theft from Building: 1100 block Townsend Boulevard, 3/11, A person reported a package was stolen. Raising Cane’s Chicken, 3071 Plank Road, 3/12, A person reported her wallet was stolen and fraudulent credit card purchases were made.
  • Larceny – Theft from Motor Vehicle: 3400 block Fall Hill Avenue, 3/12, Four people reported their locked vehicles were broken into and items were stolen. 300 block Forest Village, 3/12, Three people reported their vehicles were broken into and items were stolen. 1600 block Littlepage Street, 3/16, A person reported her purse was stolen from her vehicle.
  • Larceny – Theft of Motor Vehicle Parts: 1200 block Townsend Boulevard, 3/14, A person reported one of his vehicle’s license plates was stolen.
  • Larceny: 2700 block Cowan Boulevard, 3/16, A person reported she left her iPhone in an Uber and it was stolen. 900 block Monument Avenue, 3/17, A person reported her wedding rings were stolen from her house.
