Classes were canceled Monday at King George High School and King George Middle School after a water main break, according to a statement on the school division’s Facebook page.
Buses had already begun their routes when the announcement was made. Bus drivers were instructed to circle back and drop students off at home.
Elementary and preschool classes will begin on time. King George County Public Schools will provide updates as they are available.
