The following crimes were reported to the Fredericksburg Police Department from May 1-6.
- Assault: Courtyard Marriott, 620 Caroline Street, 5/3, An employee was checking the dumpster enclosure when an unknown male struck him with an object. The victim declined medical treatment.
- Larceny – Theft from Motor Vehicle: 700 block Lee Avenue, 5/2, A person reported his firearm was stolen from his vehicle.
- Vandalism: 1900 block Caroline Street, 5/3, A property owner reported damage to the door of a vacant commercial building. 200 block Hanover Street, 5/4, A property owner reported one of the window panes on his building was broken. 1900 block Plank Road, 5/4, A person reported her vehicle was struck by a bullet in the passenger door and wheel well. No one was injured by the bullets.
