WATCH: Stafford remembers the Boutchard brothers who died in WWII

Stafford’s Memorial Day program paid tribute to the Boutchyard family. They lost two sons during WWII – Marvin, who fought on D-Day at Omaha Beach and died a week later and is buried in Normandy, and Mercer, who fought in the Battle for Okinawa and died and is buried in Hawaii.
