Grace Anne Braxton of Fredericksburg is one of the most accomplished Special Olympics athletes–having competed and won nationally and internationally. Last week Grace Anne competed at the United States Golf Association Adaptive Open at Woodmont Country Club in Rockville, Maryland.
Special Olympics Virginia tells us she finished 9th overall and 3rd in the Intellectual Impairment division, posting scores of 82–82–86 over three rounds. Grace Anne’s home course is Fredericksburg County Club.
