What can more than 60 volunteers do on a Saturday morning at Rappahannock Education Farm in White Oak? Try planting 6,500 kale and collard seedlings in just a few hours.

All that produce will be harvested and donated to fight hunger in the community. Helping out this weekend were the Mountain View High School volleyball team, an American Heritage Girls troop, and students from UMW’s Center for Community Engagement.
