For more than three decades, Ferry Farm Elementary in Stafford has kept a proud tradition alive — the annual D.A.R.E. Parade. Students, teachers, and deputies from the Stafford County Sheriff’s Office hit the streets each year, marching, cheering, and celebrating the Drug Abuse Resistance Education program.
