Late Monday afternoon, volunteers at the Rappahannock Education Farm in White Oak gathered hundreds of pounds of fresh vegetables. By noon Tuesday, the produce was already in Market Square, distributed through The Table at St. George’s to local families.
It’s a cycle repeated week after week as the farm partners with area agencies to feed those facing food insecurity and strengthen access to fresh, healthy food across the region.
