VDOT crews will collect pavement samples Thursday and Friday near exit 104 in Caroline County as part of preliminary work for a future bridge rehabilitation project.
Northbound and southbound travelers on I-95 can expect single-lane closures between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. each day, with crews working southbound in the morning and northbound in the afternoon.
