The Fredericksburg Salvation Army will kick off its annual Christmas kettle campaign Friday with a noon event at Spotsylvania Towne Centre. Volunteers will ring bells and collect donations throughout the holiday season, with a goal of raising $130,000 to provide food, clothing and other support for families in the Fredericksburg area.
