Salvation Army Christmas kettles are back out for the season. The Fredericksburg Salvation Army officially launched its annual kettle campaign Friday with an opening program at Spotsylvania Towne Centre.
This year’s goal is $130,000, about $5,000 more than last year, when the organization met its target. Funds raised support local families during the holidays and throughout the year.
