Five warriors left Leashes of Valor headquarters on Old Plank Road in Spotsylvania on Saturday with their highly trained service dogs at their side. The graduation brought together families, friends, trainers and the foster families who helped raise the dogs, creating a warm mix of pride and gratitude.
Staff said graduations are always meaningful moments, honoring both the veterans and the many hands who helped prepare each dog.
