The power of a service dog. Ten-year Navy veteran Marty Copeland didn’t think he needed a service dog because, as he put it, he’d never been visibly injured.
That changed two years ago when fostering a dog for Spotsylvania-based Leashes of Valor led him to Darby Grace, the service dog who ended up helping him in ways he hadn’t realized he needed.
