The fundraising supports CVBT’s overall mission and helps position the organization to act quickly when threatened land becomes available. Separately, CVBT is also exploring opportunities this year to expand public access on some preserved properties, including the possible addition of walking trails and interpretive signage. Those access improvements are still in the planning stages and reflect a broader goal of connecting the public more directly with the land and its history.
