Starting in March, five Fredericksburg area teens will be sentenced for their roles in a shootout last April in the Olde Greenwich neighborhood that left three other teens dead.

Logan Soulier, 18, of Ruther Glen was convicted Wednesday in Spotsylvania County Circuit Court of 24 charges, including second-degree felony murder, three counts of aggravated malicious wounding, four counts of abduction and 10 firearms charges. He was acquitted of two first-degree murder charges.

Soulier was the only one of the five who went to trial. Darius Fitz, Christopher Moore, Kimori Snead and Jeremiah Upson, all pleaded guilty to various charges earlier this month.

Snead, who is accused of setting up the gun deal that led to the incident, will be sentenced March 9. Upson, who pleaded to non-capital murder, will be sentenced on March 13. And according to court records, Christopher Moore, who pleaded to unlawful assembly with a firearm, will be sentenced March 17. Soulier’s sentencing is scheduled for March 30, while Fitz will be sentenced on April 16 for unlawful wounding and other charges.

Sincere Fitz, 19, Alonzo Goffney, 18, and Chase Feaster, 18, died in the shootout. Feaster was killed by a neighbor who witnessed the incident. That neighbor was not charged. Darius Fitz was wounded by a shot in the arm. Moore survived shots to the face and chest.

According to evidence, Goffney, Moore, and Darius and Sincere Fitz were prepared to illegally purchase a firearm from Soulier, Upson, and Feaster.

The incident shook the region as two Fredericksburg schools were placed on lockdown. A chilling video on social media showed two males with their faces covered walking through the 500 block of Olde Greenwich Circle wielding rifles.
