The money will fund paint analysis and help begin priority repairs identified in a recent structural report. Researchers say early analysis has already uncovered evidence of original red-tinted shingles and a green-painted central hallway dating back to the late 1700s or early 1800s.
Salubria will be open for public tours from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
